We hope that you absolutely love your skirt! While we cannot offer returns/refunds at this time, we can offer exchanges following the process outlined here. We offer exchanges with two weeks of your purchase if you need a different size or pattern up to two weeks from delivery. You cannot exchange a previous collection skirt for a new collection skirt. In order to start the process of an exchange, you first need to go ahead and purchase the skirt(s) you need in the size and pattern that works for you. Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee that we will have the size and style that you desire. Second, ship back the original order you are exchanging to us (PO Box 744, Summerville, SC 29484) with all original tags and a note telling us your new order #. Once you have purchased the new skirt(s) and we receive your returned skirt(s), we will process a credit of the cost of the skirt(s) from your original purchase to your card.
