We hope that you absolutely love your skirt but understand you may need to return it for a different size! We offer returns for a Merchandise credit only for up to 14 days from the time you receive your order. (See Return FAQ below on how to select the right size to avoid a return.) Our holiday return policy is extended to 30 days if you purchase from Nov 6- Dec 26.
To start the process of a return, login into your customer account on our website and initiate the return via the return button under orders. (Step by step instructions are below.) Once you have initiated the return you will receive a free return shipping label by email. This can take up to 24-48 business hours. Once we receive the returned skirt (with the original packing slip) and have quality checked it, we will credit your account the purchase price of the merchandise not including shipping. This process can take 4-14 days to see the credit in your account.
(Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee that we will have the size and style that you desire once that credit has been granted.)
We do not offer merchandise credits for skirts that have been worn or appear to have been damaged by you. Please return skirt with tags. Please contact us at [email protected] if you cannot find the answer to your question above or below in our Returns FAQ section below.

WHAT IF I’M IN BETWEEN SIZES?
We strongly recommend using the sizing chart and measuring your waist to ensure you do not fall in between sizes. If you do, the best option is to size up and have the hooks moved over for a more custom fit.
WE ONLY OFFER MERCHANDISE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. The size chart range of sizes was incorporated due to the items being handmade. Merchandise Credit never expires. We launch collections 4-5 times a year and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase does not work out.
HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
Log into your account. Select my orders. Find your order number and select Return/Replace. Select the small box next to each item you want to return. Tell us the reason for the return, and then click return to finish initiating the return process. You will get a return shipping label emailed to the account on file within 24-48 business hours. Keep in mind you have 2 weeks from time you receive your order to have it back to us. Please be sure to check the date and ensure you are within the return policy time.
WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS A GIFT?
The customer that placed the order will need to initiate the return and follow the steps outlined above.
WHAT IF I CHECKED OUT AS GUEST?
Email us at [email protected] to let us know you checked out as a guest. We will reset your check out process. This will create an account with us so you can begin the return process and receive the merchandise credit.
WHAT DO I INCLUDE WITH MY RETURN?
The Packing Slip you received with your order must be included along with the items you have been authorized to return or a note with your name and order number on it if you don’t have the original packing slip. Additional items that are not listed on the Packing Slip or in the initiated return will not be eligible for a return and will not be calculated in your Merchandise Credit. Please make sure to include tags when returning the skirt(s).
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY MERCHANDISE CREDIT?
Expect the merchandise credit in your customer account under your Sky Wallet tab 4-7 days after we receive your return at our warehouse. Please note there is an increase in processing time due to the addition of FREE RETURNS. Merchandise Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Merchandise credit is not processed the day your item is received. It must be sorted, quality inspected, and processed.
HOW DO I USE MY MERCHANDISE CREDIT IN MY SKY WALLET?
You will add the skirt(s) you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Once you are done shopping, you will proceed through the checkout process like normal. You will need to enter your credit card information in the checkout process before the option to use the merchandise credit in your Sky Wallet comes up. The card credit you provide during this process will not be charged unless the cost of your shopping cart exceeds the amount of your available merchandise credit. Often, shipping will need to be charged to your credit card since shipping fees are not refunded.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS
We only offer MERCHANDISE CREDIT for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your original method of payment, and we do not offer direct exchanges. The amount of your Merchandise Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping fees. Merchandise must be returned within 2 weeks from the time the tracking shows your order was delivered to you. Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with tags.
Merchandise credit cannot be redeemed to future purchases until the return is processed and the credit it issued to your account. If you choose to purchase before the credit is issued, you will still have a merchandise credit in your account once the return is processed. We will not return the payment to your credit card for purchasing prior to receiving the merchandise credit to your sky wallet.
