AS OF JANUARY 1, 2026 FRANCIS+BENEDICT IS OPERATING SOLELY AS A 501(c)3 NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION

ALL PROCEEDS FROM ANY WEBSITE PRODUCT GOES DIRECTLY BACK INTO OUR NON-PROFIT DEDICATED TO OUR TEAM IN TOGO, WEST AFRICA.

ALL SALES FINAL: All products are made to order and all sales are FINAL.  If for any reason you have a defective, ripped, or otherwise damaged product(s), please email hello@francisandbenedict.com.

Refunds, on case by case basis
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item damage, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
